FOOD HYGIENE AWARENESS*- This course is designed to provide employees that handle open food the essential knowledge and understanding of good Food Safety Practice. The aim of this training course is to provide individuals with a fundamental knowledge of food hygiene and to enable them to apply this knowledge to essential practical skills in order to prevent food poisoning.
FOOD SAFETY LEVEL 2 This is a one day course- This is required for anybody that handles high risk foods ie cooking and service delivery. It provides information on good practices, bacterial growth and contamination, including pest control. A mutiple choice exam will be taken at the end of the training day.
